Glamour Shot

My Uncle was going through some stuff and found a roll of film that was about 12 years old. He developed it and lo and behold he found a rare picture of my mullet in it's former glory. I forgot what a player I was back in the day, rocking the pink Nike hat and pink polo shirt...shoooot!

Lucky Me!

I am a very blessed man!
Had a wonderful weekend with my wife - relaxing, feasting, hiking, playing music, games, etc. I highly reccomend marriage, but m ake sure you hold out for the right one.
Yesterday we spent some time at the Lagoons just north of us. After a couple drizzly days we welcomed the warm sunny one we had yesterday. If it weren't for the fact that most of the towns in Humboldt are holes, not to mention the rampant drug use, homlessness, and a lack of jobs that pay more than $6.75 an hour... I don't think I would want to live anywhere else.

3 Day Weekend!
02.18.05 (3:20 pm)   [edit]
Have a blessed weekend everyone, and remember our dead presidents on Monday. If it weren't for their death we wouldn't have a 3 day weekend!

Quite possibly one of the coolest things ever!
I found a way to translate my blog so you all who are more fluent in ghetto speak can understand...click here

*Because the above link is a translation into ghetto speak, not done by me. I have to warn you that it is rated PG-13 and may contain language that is offensive to white judeo-christians.

Dinner Theater
02.14.05 (7:46 am)   [edit]

This last weekend we went to a pretty awesome dinner theater that was actually hosted by our church. Wycliffe, which is an orginization that is actively translating the bible around the world, does this traveling dinner theater based on a true story. I was most impressed because pretty much every Christian play, concert, or movie I've ever seen is low budget and low quality. If you have the chance to see this in your area I highly reccomend it.

Holy Spirit
02.10.05 (9:10 am)   [edit]
Been doing a bit more reading lately, some really good stuff with the exception of a Michael Crichton novel that was similar in plot to Jurassic Park.
Right now I'm reading this old school book by Billy Graham. Even though it's older than I am it's rocking my world.

Another book I highly reccomend for anybody who goes to church, and especially is in leadership in a church, is Radical Reformission by Mark Driscoll. Mark is a pastor of one of the biggest churches in Seattle. They have a cool web site and you can even listen to his sermons online. You really should read this book!

A must see...

I know I've been putting up quite a few links to videos but this one is long overdue...
Check out my homey Mike's spoof on Star Wars that will be coming soon.

If you missed the Super Commercials this last Sunday then you can check them out here.
It was good to see MC Hammer back in action.

This was on Relevant's website a few days ago and I just had to post it. It's worth the wait if you don't have high speed.
